To book a paid bulk pickup, you must fill out this form with what items you will have out and when they will be out for collection. We will bill your account for the bulk collection before the pickup. Failure to notify us and/or prepay for the bulk collection will result in the bulk items not being picked up.

This pricing is valid for our currently weekly collection customers if the item is curbside at the time of pickup. We offer cleanout services (removing items from the home, etc) at an additional charge.

For these items, we have other solutions to remove them. We recommend either renting a temporary rolloff dumpster from us for bulky/heavy/metal items we cannot pick up with our packer trucks, or hire us for on-demand junk removal. For hazardous/dangerous materials we cannot assist in disposing of them
Bulk Pickup Agreement
By filling out the bulk pickup form and signing below, you agree to the terms & conditions of our bulk pickup service.
All bulk pickup requests must be booked through this form. No other methods of booking a bulk pickup are accepted. The bulk item(s) you are requesting to be picked up will be picked up along with your regular trash on your scheduled pickup day.
Please note, we may use a different truck than the normal trash collection truck to pick up your bulk items. That day must be one of the regular days we collect your trash. All bulk pickup services must be pre-paid through our office and we will charge the card we have on file for you for your pickup.
The bulk pickup request must be made at least 48 hours in advance to your requested pickup date to allow our office sufficient time to schedule it. If submitted on after 4pm or over a weekend, your request will not be processed until the next business day. If you decide to cancel the bulk pickup, reschedule it, etc, it must be done no less than 48 hours before the pickup is scheduled otherwise no refund will be issued. If you do not leave the items out you are requesting for pickup and do not inform us, you will not be refunded. You can email us at [email protected] to change your requested pickup date after booking. We will pick up and charge for exactly what you send to us in the bulk pickup request. If you leave out more items than what is to be removed, those items will be left and not picked up.
Please note, your item will be picked up on the next available day we have a truck in your area – it may be a day or two later than your normal collection day. We will let you know the day once we have it scheduled.
By signing the agreement, you agree that you will not dispose of hazardous materials through our service. You will be liable for any environmental fees, fines, and/or damages resulting in our collecting of hazardous materials. Common examples include oil, batteries, paint, acid, hot ashes, etc.
Our drivers do not accept any type of payments, you will be billed from our office for bulk collection
