Our Customers Can Drop Off Bulk Items For Free
Instead of scheduling individual pickups of a single item at a time, you’ll now have the flexibility to drop off your bulk items for free on the first Saturday of every month. We’ve designated a central drop-off location located in Edwardsville PA, where our team will be on-site from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to assist you. This new approach allows us to:
- Streamline operations: We can better manage our resources and routes, reducing costs.
- Offer greater flexibility: You choose the drop-off time that works best for you within the designated window.
- Promote environmental responsibility: Consolidating bulk items allows for more efficient recycling and proper disposal.
- Designated recycling: By sorting out items at our facility, we are able to separate out wood, metal, cardboard, and plastics to be more environmentally friendly versus landfilling everything as we currently do
What’s New:
- Free Monthly Drop-Off: Say goodbye to scheduling individual bulk pickups! You can now drop off your bulk items for free once a month at our designated location. This change simplifies the process for you and helps us operate more efficiently.
- Get Rid of More at Once: We understand that flexibility is important. Our new drop-off service gives you the freedom to drop off more than one item – up to an entire pickup truck load of acceptable items 100% free! And the best part is you don’t need to pre-register or schedule the drop off!
- Same Great Service: We’re still committed to providing the top-notch, locally-owned service you’ve come to expect from Prestige Disposal.
Please note: this is NOT a transfer station for the public to dump garbage. This is a designated location for our customers to bring their unwanted bulk items and recyclables to be put directly into designated receptacles for proper recycling and disposal.
How It Works:
- Check the Schedule: Check the bottom of this web page for our schedule of free drop off days.
- Gather Your Items: Prepare your accepted bulk items for drop-off (see list below).
- Drop Off & Go: Bring your items to our designated location during the scheduled drop-off period – it’s that easy!
Accepted Bulk Items:
- Furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, bed frames, etc.)
- Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)
- Metal Items (Refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, scrap metal, lawnmowers, etc)
- Other Large Items (carpet rolls, dressers, etc)
- Appliances
- Trash Bags
- Cardboard
Items We Cannot Accept:
- Hazardous materials
- Heavy/dense wood (2x4s, 4x4s, decking, etc)
- Toilets/sinks
- Yard debris, trees, brush
- Concrete, stone/brick, dirt, ashes
- Construction debris, paint, batteries, oil, fuel
- Batteries
- Mattresses (Unless paying the $50 landfill mattress surcharge)

Drop Off Address and Time:
PLEASE TEXT OUR OFFICE FOR THE ADDRESS OF THE FACILITY – 484-658-3333. When you pull in, go through the main gates and hang to the left – you will see our employees ready to assist you in unloading.
Drop offs will only be allowed on the first Saturday of each month between 8am and 12pm.
We will not accept dropoffs at any time outside this day and time schedule. We have CCTV cameras surrounding our facility, and will prosecute any illegal dumping.
