Do you service the private lanes off Route 92?
In most cases, yes! As long as our truck can safely turn around, we will service private lanes. If your lane is too narrow for our large truck, we can work out a “common collection point” at the end of the lane.
What if I have extra cardboard from a move?
Please flatten all cardboard and bundle it next to your can. Please give us a heads up so our drivers can take it for you! If you have a massive amount (like a whole house of moving boxes), give us a call—we can arrange a special pickup or recommend a dumpster size.
Can I put yard waste in the trash bin?
Small amounts of bagged grass or leaves are fine. However, we cannot take loose piles of brush, dirt, or rocks, as these can damage the truck’s compactor.
Is the "3 Months Free" deal real?
Absolutely. For new residential customers in Harding/Exeter Twp, we waive the base service fee for your first 3 months. It’s our way of proving we are better than the other guys.
Do you take ashes from my wood stove?
Only if they are 100% cold. Ashes can stay hot for days and catch a garbage truck on fire (it happens more than you think!). Please soak them in water and bag them before placing them in the bin.
